Emory's Sports Performance and Research Center

Flowery Branch, Georgia

Innovative Sports Medicine at the Atlanta Falcons’ Headquarters

Located at the Atlanta Falcons’ team headquarters and training facility, Emory University Healthcare’s Sports Performance and Research Center (SPARC) opened in 2021 as a cutting-edge 29,000 square foot facility dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and research of sports-related injuries in young athletes. As an extension of Emory’s Department of Orthopedics, SPARC serves as a national model for integrating elite-level training, injury prevention, and scientific research under one roof.

Rochester | DCCM has supported the Falcons’ Flowery Branch campus since 2004, beginning with confidential site evaluations and property acquisition for the original facility. Our long-term partnership has included master planning, permitting, utility coordination, and civil design for multiple expansions – including Emory’s SPARC facility.
