As KMA’s operations have expanded, so has our role—providing comprehensive civil engineering and site development services to support long-term growth and innovation.

Key Milestones:

• 2017 – Development of a new 498,860 SF RTV manufacturing facility on a 50-acre parcel
• 2022 – Site development for KMA’s $85M North American R&D Center on 280 acres, featuring 133,000 SF of office, workshop, and test track facilities, bringing 200 new jobs to the area
• 2024 – A new $190M, 700,000 SF front-end loader manufacturing facility on 50 acres, expected to create 500 jobs when fully operational
